Everthing you need to know about Service fees

The service fee is a commission charged on your sales. These commissions are deducted from your Service credits balance when an order receives a payment.

Commissions are returned to the Service credits balance when a refund is made.

Commissions are calculated nightly for that day's sales and you will receive an email indicating what commissions were deducted or returned.

You purchase Service credits separately from the monthly or annual subscrption fee in the Account panel located in the botton-left of the admin home screen.

Should you depleat your Service credits balance, the account will continue run normally for 14 days. After 14 days, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before you can access the Admin control panel. The client-facing site will continue to run normally so sales are not interrupted.

The service fee is 3.5% for monthly subscribers and 2.5% for annually subscribers. It is possible these may change in the future with notice.

If you prefer, you may pass this service on to your customers in your event's settings. In fact, you may enter in any amount (as a percentage) so you may cover the service fee and perhaps even your credit card fees. This will appear as a "Platform fee" on your customer's invoices and receipts.
