Freezing your account temporarily

If your business is seasonal and you are on a monthly plan, you may wish to suspend your Proofpix service during the off-season to avoid paying monthly fees.

Proofpix allows you to freeze your account for this purpose. When an account is frozen, we store your data for 1 year. When you return before the year is up, simply ask us to reactivate your account and all your data and service credits will be just as you left them.

This not only saves you from having to redo any work, but it also locks in your current pricing which may increase during the off-season.

Please note, you will not have access to your account while it is frozen. Therefore, please download any data you might need before freezing your account.

The cost is $75.00* USD to freeze your account.
