Why are my packages not showing?
If your multi-pose packages are not displaying on your Event start page", then it is most likely that you have not added any products into your packages. Please check you package from the Selling > Packages menu and make sure that at least one of the tabs shows a number larger than zero..
Another possibility is that you have created per-pose packages instead of multi-pose packages and are expecting them to be displayed on the Event start page. Pe-pose packages are image-specific, so we do not show them there. We offer those to your clients when they have chosen an image to add to their cart within a gallery.
