What are your download sizes?
When setting up downloads in a pricelist, we offer you several selling options. You may sell downloads based on their usage (print or online use). How are digital downloads delivered?
Digital downloads are products added to your Pricelists or Packages from the Downloads tab when building either. When purchased, these download products are fulfilled by Proofpix. We will email your clients a direct link to their downloads. If you have set the Orders workflow setting in the Event settings page set to "Send all products to lab that do not require pre-processing", we will immediately send your downloads. How and when are tax calculations made?
Taxes are calculated when an order is being finalized (during checkout). The tax rate used depends on the option you selected in the Event settings > tax section.
