How do I set up consolidated lab shipping?
If you shoot high volume events, you may want all your orders for that event shipped back to your studio or to the school or league. How are digital downloads delivered?
Digital downloads are products you add to your Pricelists or Packages from the Downloads tab when building either. When purchased, these download products are fulfilled by Proofpix. We will email your clients a direct link to their downloads.
How do I handle retouching files after orders are received?
If you are planning on doing retouching after you receive an order, then you should uncheck the, Immediately send downloads and lab products. options in the Delivery and pick-up section in your Event settings. This ensures that the products in the order are not sent for fulfillment when the order is received. How and when are tax calculations made?
Taxes are calculated when an order is being finalized (during checkout). The tax rate used depends on the option you selected in the Event settings > tax section. Our recommended setting is to use our free built-in tax calculation service, TaxJar.com because tax calculations can be complex and vary from state to state, county to county and change depending on what it being sold.

Why can't I zoom my image while cropping?
When you upload your images we calculate the print-ready size of your images. We base our calculations on 300dpi. If you upload files that are not 300 dpi we make the appropriate calculation as if your file was converted to 300 dpi. If the product you are cropping has any dimension larger than the calculated height and width of your image, the system will not allow you to zoom the image so as not to reduce the quality of the image any more than it already is.
