What are your download sizes?
When setting up downloads in a pricelist, we offer you several selling options. You may sell downloads based on their usage (print or online use). How are digital downloads delivered?
Digital downloads are products added to your Pricelists or Packages from the Downloads tab when building either. When purchased, these download products are fulfilled by Proofpix. We will email your clients a direct link to their downloads. If you have set the Orders workflow setting in the Event settings page set to "Send all products to lab that do not require pre-processing", we will immediately send your downloads. How and when are tax calculations made?
Taxes are calculated when an order is being finalized (during checkout). The tax rate used depends on the option you selected in the Event settings > tax section. Our recommended setting is to use our free built-in tax calculation service, TaxJar.com because tax calculations can be complex and vary from state to state, county to county and change depending on what it being sold.

Why are my packages not showing?
If your multi-pose packages are not displaying on your Event start page", then it is most likely that you have not added any products into your packages. Please check you package from the Selling > Packages menu and make sure that at least one of the tabs shows a number larger than zero.. Another possibility is that you have created per-pose packages instead of multi-pose packages and are expecting them to be displayed on the Event start page.
