Why can't I zoom my image while cropping?
When you upload your images we calculate the print-ready size of your images. We base our calculations on 300dpi.
If you upload files that are not 300 dpi we make the appropriate calculation as if your file was converted to 300 dpi.
If the product you are cropping has any dimension larger than the calculated height and width of your image, the system will not allow you to zoom the image so as not to reduce the quality of the image any more than it already is.
To remedy this, you can simply upload a larger version of the same file with the same file name into the same gallery and the old file will be overwritten. You should then be able to zoom your crop as desired.
