Why do my invoices not include a Pay Now button?
Typically, if you accept offline payments or a customer does not complete a payment during pre-registration due to a failure or they fail to complete the PayPal checkout, an invoice with a Pay Now button is sent to your customer.
If you forget to set the payment methods in your event settings, even though you set payment methods in your pre-registration form, the Pay Now button will not be included in your invoices. The reason for this is that the Pay Now button uses the event's checkout, not the form's. So without payment methods, the system does not know how to process the payments.
To avoid this issue, simply set a pricelist and payments methods in your event's settings. Make sure you include an online payment method, such as Stripe, Square or PayPal.
