How do I test the site?

The best way to test your event is to make yourself a customer and experience the site just as your customers will. This will prepare you for any questions they may have and it will pinpoint any possible issues before your customers find them.

In the Proofpix admin, navigate to your Events page and click the Manage event button on the event you wish to test
Add yourself to the Known customers section
Connect the Known customer to any gallery
Copy the Known customer's password
Click the View event button
Paste in the password and shop away
If you pay for an order, you should be able to refund it in the Orders section
