Why won't the SortMagic Desktop software open on my Mac?

If the SortMagic Desktop software fails to launch after you have installed it, please try disabling the Airplay receiver here:

System Preference -> Sharing -> Airplay receiver

Then reboot your Mac and then try starting the SortMagic Desktop software.
