Working with templates and clones
Remembering how to set up your events, pricelists or settings in general can be difficult and tedious. Fortunately, we make it easy for you to save and re-use your settings so you don't have to.
Event templates allow you to save your event's settings and apply those settings to new events. You can achieve this with the following steps:
Click Event settings for any event you wish to copy from
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click on the menu that says, Save these settings for future use
Click New event template in the menu
Give your template a name in the text box that appears
Save the event
Now you can apply your template to a new event by clicking on your desired template in the Events menu > New event > Add from template section. All your existing settings will be loaded into your new event. You can then modify the settings as necessary.
If you even want to edit an existing event template, simply open any event, adjust your settings as desired, then choose the event template that you want to modify from the, Save these settings for future use menu and save the event.
You can clone pricelists that you have previously created.
Click on the selling tab at the top of your dashboard
Click on pricelists in the selling tab menu
Click on manage pricelists
Select a pricelist
Click on clone
If you would like to avoid re-doing your form, you can clone an existing form.
Click on the event link
Select an event
Click on the event forms link
Click on manage event forms
Click on clone besides your form
You can also create a form by cloning an existing form.
Click on the event link
Select an event
Click on the event forms link
Click on new event form
Select the form that you would like to clone.
You can clone custom products and services.
Click on the selling link
Click on products/services
Click on manage custom products/services
Click on clone under the name of the product that you would like to clone
Similar to products, packages can be cloned as well.
Click on the selling link
Click on packages
Click on manage packages
Click on clone under the name of the package that you would like to clone
You can create a contract template to avoid re-doing your contracts.
Click on the selling link
Click on contracts
Click on manage templates
Click on new template
You can also save an existing contract as a template
Click on the selling link
Click on contracts
Click on manage contracts
Click on save as template
Event templates

Contract templates
You can create a contract template to avoid re-doing your contracts.

Click on manage templates
Click on new template
You can also save an existing contract as a template
