Proofpix handles all the downloads for you. When customers download more than one file, we combine them in a single Zip file for downloading. When working with team or class images, sometimes you may want to sell these items at a different price than you do for your individual prints. For example, you may wish to sell an 8 x 10 class or team photo for less than you do for an individual 8 x 10. If you sell products such as memory-mates, magazine covers or posters that have a certain fixed-size or aspect ratio then you are likely creating images with a certain fixed-size. For instance, if you sell memory-mates, then you will likely be creating these images in Photoshop or Pixnub SPA and sizing them to 8x10. Once you upload your images, you do not want customers applying this 8x10 image to a 4x6 product as this will create ugly cropping. When you upload your images we calculate the print-ready size of your images. We base our calculations on 300dpi. If you upload files that are not 300 dpi we make the appropriate calculation as if your file was converted to 300 dpi. If the product you are cropping has any dimension larger than the calculated height and width of your image, the system will not allow you to zoom the image so as not to reduce the quality of the image any more than it already is. Typically, if you accept offline payments or a customer does not complete a payment during pre-registration due to a failure or they fail to complete the PayPal checkout, an invoice with a Pay Now button is sent to your customer. If you forget to set the payment methods in your event settings, even though you set payment methods in your pre-registration form, the Pay Now button will not be included in your invoices.
